Child Safety Standards
BeatCypher is operated by Dean S. Software Solutions ("BeatCypher", "we", "us"). We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form, anywhere on our platform — cyphers, captions, comments, profiles, direct messages, and battle or challenge entries.
Minimum age
BeatCypher is not directed at children under 13, and you must be at least 13 years old to create an account. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle age and account data.
Prevention
- Zero-tolerance policy. Content that sexualises minors, or any material depicting or promoting child sexual abuse, is strictly prohibited under our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
- Human moderation. Every report is reviewed by our moderation team. Content that violates this policy is removed, and the posting account is restricted or permanently banned — in serious cases without prior notice.
- In-app reporting. Every cypher, comment, profile, and message thread can be reported directly from within the app. Users can also block any account instantly.
- Proactive removal. We remove violating content as soon as we become aware of it, whether flagged by a user report or found by our own review.
Reporting a concern
To report content or behavior related to child safety, use the Report option in the app on the relevant cypher, comment, profile, or message. For anything requiring urgent attention, or if you cannot report in-app, contact us directly at support@beatcypher.app. This inbox is monitored by a designated point of contact who can speak to our CSAM prevention practices and compliance.
Legal compliance
We comply with applicable child safety laws and cooperate with law enforcement and relevant national authorities, including reporting confirmed child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
